Sessions & pricing
Anything that is taking up space in your life — a decision you keep circling, a relationship that feels stuck, anxiety, guilt, family pressure, or simply a sense that something needs to change. You do not need a "big" problem to deserve support.
Mostly, we get clear on what you are hoping to change. I will ask a few questions, you can ask me anything, and you decide what you feel ready to talk about. There is no script and no obligation to continue.
Every session lasts 50 minutes. Individual counselling is £75, Couples & relationships is £150, and Financial analysis is £75. Fees are fixed and agreed in advance, and payment is arranged before your first session.
Financial analysis
Yes. My financial analysis is correlated to AAOIFI standards (the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions), so any budgeting, planning or restructuring we work through stays within recognised Islamic finance principles.
Faith & values
No. You are welcome exactly as you are, whatever you believe — or do not. Faith-conscious work means your values are respected and included when you want them to be, never imposed.
Yes, if you would like it to be. For many people faith is woven through family, identity and daily decisions, so we can make thoughtful room for it. You decide how much of it you bring into the conversation.
No. I offer practical reflection that takes your values seriously — never religious rulings. If you need a ruling on a matter of religious law, please consult a qualified scholar you trust.
Online sessions & practicalities
We meet over secure video and you receive clear joining details in advance. You can join from wherever you feel comfortable and private — no travel required.
Sessions are available in English and in Italian.
Send a short message through the contact page with a little about what you are looking for and your general availability. I reply personally, usually within a couple of working days, and we confirm the details in writing.
Confidentiality, safety & boundaries
Yes. What you share is treated as confidential, within the limits that apply to counselling and the law. We can talk through what those limits mean for you before you begin.
No. I offer talking-based counselling, relationship support and structured personal-development sessions. This is not medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace care from a doctor, psychiatrist or qualified scholar.
This is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline straight away.
